Defenders of Children

Defenders of Children provides free legal services to victims of crime throughout Arizona, including survivors of child abuse and family violence in cases where there is evidence of serious child abuse or neglect. Our legal services include legal consultations, document preparation, and direct representation in Family Court (divorce, custody, etc.) and Juvenile Court (limited to emancipation). We also provide representation as victim's counsel in Criminal Court and assistance with other Civil matters for victims of crime.

Legal Services for Crime Victims in Arizona

Legal Services for Crime Victims in Arizona (LSCVA) provides free legal and social services for crime victims, with priority to domestic violence and sexual violence victims. Services include (as capacity permits): full representation in criminal cases to assert and seek enforcement of the victim’s rights, full representation in protective order cases, legal document preparation, as well as social services (referrals, information, guidance, safety planning, restitution assistance, and much more).
